Chocolate Mint Lip Balm

Recently I  made a batch of Homemade "Chocolate Peppermint Hand Scrub" which I really love. So, when I was making this batch of lip balm I decided to go along with that theme of "Chocolate". I know I am late for Valentines Day but never late for someones birthday. This batch came out great. It feels nice on the lips and smells amazing. Who doesn't like Peppermint and Chocolate together. Just reminds me of York Peppermint Patties, YUM!

Ingredients:

3 Tbsp Beeswax (grated or use pastilles)
1/4 Cup Sweet Almond Oil

1/8 Cup Shea Butter
1/8 Cup Cocoa Butter
1/4 Tsp. Aloe Vera Concentrate
1/2 Tsp. Vitamin E Oil

1/2 Tsp. Honey
1 Tsp. Cocoa Powder
Few drops of Peppermint Essential oil or Fragrance

This batch made several different sizes
as seen in the photo. But will yield about 25
(5 mil jars or tubes)

Directions:

Melt your Beeswax in a double boiler or a small crock pot with half the sweet almond oil and honey. In a separate container or measuring cup, add remaining oil along with all other ingredients. Stir very well until cocoa is mixed and no lumps are visible. When the Beeswax is completely melted add the oil mixture that you made to the beeswax. The Beeswax will thicken a bit but continue to stir until both items have blended together. Remove from heat and pour into your jars or tubes.
